The hero, a scientist, tries to escape from the planet Aquaris right after another scientific trend of investigations blasts the ocean with nuclear energy from a space canon.
The Escape Pod is equipped with rudimentary Laser Canon technology, a Radar to detect nearby instances and a Propulsion System connected to the radar, that after a route is calculated, allows fast jumps on the speed of light between space quadrants. It should be enough to make Kevin reach the nearest Imperial Space Station.
